Accountability, Determination,
and Perseverance Are Required

So, what's involved with getting started? A couple of things. First off, this is serious work. If you have a history of failing with traditional diets and are fed up with being in the same boat year after year, I can help. If this is something that you want to try out to see how it goes, you're probably not ready for this.

I'll work as hard for you as you'll work for yourself, but you have to show up, physically and mentally, ready to roll up your sleeves and get serious about improving the quality of your life. Losing unnecessary weight will literally add years to your life. This isn't a hobby and should be treated seriously with determination and perseverance. Anyone that is determined to make lasting changes to their health and are desperate for significant changes are welcome.

What Do I Have To Do?

1. Weigh yourself in the morning first thing and upload that number to the formula online

2. Weigh yourself before your last meal of the day (wearing only what you were wearing during your a.m. weigh in) and upload that number to the formula

3. You'll then receive the number of ounces that you can have for dinner

4. Weigh yourself before bed (wearing only what you were wearing during your a.m. weigh in) and upload that number to the formula

How To Get Started

The first thing you'll need to do is get a body composition scale and a food scale. You're looking at around $50. I'd prefer you use this scale (Click Here) since it shows all of the relevant data on one screen.

You'll then need to spend 5 days weighing yourself before bed and then again when you wake up. We'll take the average weight lost during those nights as the basis for your individual formula. At some point during those 5 days, we'll discuss what your weight loss goals are as well as identifying any health issues that we need to keep in mind. We'll also discuss what your quality of sleep is typically like, what your energy level is like throughout the day, what types of exercise you may be doing, etc.

At the end of the 5 days, you'll be given a web based formula, which is specific to you and your goal. As you fill in this formula with your a.m., pre dinner and p.m. weights, it will automatically calculate how many ounces are available for your last meal of each day. We'll spend the first couple of weeks talking for a few minutes each day, just checking in, answering any questions that you may have and discussing your progress.

During this time, I can explain in detail how your specific formula is set up, so that you're able to take control of maintaining or losing additional weight in the future.
